First chillies ripe! The BioBitcoin oasis in Margareten continues to blossom

🌶️ First chillies ripe!

The time has come - our first Chilli plants are bearing fruit! The rooftop garden in Vienna's 5th district is now not only home to solar panels, but also plenty of life.

The first two ripe varieties are

• Sugar Rush Stripey - A beautiful striped chilli that is not only visually appealing, but also offers a fruity-sweet flavour with a slight heat. About the plant: 👉 Click here

Incidentally, both plants come from the wonderful Chilli Workshop Viennawho lovingly draws and advises in Pilgramgasse.

🍌 Banana plant? Yes, really!

Our Banana plant is developing splendidly and bringing tropical flair to the Viennese roof. This shows what is possible with a microclimate, good care and plenty of sunlight.

🛒 Goal: Local harvest - local market

We plan to use the harvested chillies soon at the Margaret Square at the local Thursday market - all in the spirit of the urban circular economy, transparency and local cultivation. You will soon be able to purchase the dried chilies in a bundle with ecologically produced Sun-Bitcoin in our online store.
